OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). OEE indicators are available for mobile equipment, production plants and production lines. Brief information that enables a quick assessment of a certain machine, production plant or production line utilization.

KPI - Key Performance Indicators

KPI (Key Performance Indicators) - help the production team to concentrate on achieving operational goals.

OPERATIONAL REPORTS

Set of diagrams, tables and histograms that illustrate which operational tasks and their possible disturbances influence KPI’s increase or decrease. They allow to identify quickly points and reasons of production disturbances.

KRI - Key Results Indicators

It is a set of control indicators expressed in financial terms which allow to evaluate impact of changes in production efficiency on its costs and profitability. KRI is, for example, cost of consumed energy medium (fuel and electricity) expressed in EUR per one ton.

TRENDS ANALYSES 

KPI, KRI, OEE trends analysis allows to evaluate such dependences as:

  • OEE influence on KPI,
  • OEE influence on production costs,
  • which KPIs have the greatest influence on production costs,
  • what influences higher costs: reduction of production plant or mobile equipment output capacity?

It allows to identify areas that reversely influence the production costs. Therefore, it is possible to concentrate corrective actions on areas that are crucial for profitability enhancement.
