Personal data shall be processed in order to present an offer, conclude and perform a contract.

The basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(a). b GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).

• entities providing personnel and accounting services to the Administrator,
• entities providing legal services to the Administrator,
• entities operating within the organizational structure of the Administrator.

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the execution of the contract on the basis of the applicable law, and no longer than it is required by the applicable statutory periods for document retention.

You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing.

Providing personal data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office of the Polish Data Protection Commissioner.
